Program Description

Kieser University's Associate of Science degree in Technology Integration prepares students to integrate diverse technologies into one organized deliverable automated solution. Students leave this program well prepared for entry-level positions in information and digital technology fields. These courses will train students to sit for industry-accepted competency examinations.

Program Objectives

To meet the needs of Kieser University's mission and objectives, there are many objectives that have been specially formed.

  • To nurture students' abilities to run, manage and troubleshoot hardware, software and services for single, mixed and multi-user computing environments.
  • To make students knowledgeable in the areas of local area networks, structured low voltage cabling, home automation and security, cable/satellite, remote digital surveillance, entertainment and communications systems.
  • To prepare students to communicate with customers, presenting complex concepts in straightforward terms and managing elaborate projects from conception to sign-off.
  • To train the students so that they are ready to take up entry-level employment positions in industries such as home installations, audio-visual and cable, and telecommunications.
  • To help students develop their skills of critical thinking and effective communication.

To obtain an Associate of Science degree in Technology Integration, students are required to earn 72.0 credit hours.
