Program Description
Kieser University provides students with an Associate of Science degree in Computer Graphics and Design, where upon completion the students will be capable of visually communicating their ideas and information to a specific audience. Contemporary graphic designers make use of computers configured as graphics workstations to create designs that are comprised of imagery and text for traditional print mediums and electronic delivery systems, like the CD-ROM and Internet.
Program Objetives
Meeting the Kieser University's mission and its objectives is the following criteria:
Instilling an inclusive instruction of page layout, advertising, multimedia, video editing, web design, illustration, 3-D modeling and animation, along with a number of computer formats to create commercial art.
The University also intends to aid in career placement in advertising and marketing firms, print and electronic publication companies, video/film industry and in-house graphics departments.
Prerequisite for Major Courses
The student is required to uphold a G.P.A. of 2.00 or higher in their general education courses.
